Personal Bio

	In addition to being an experienced and reputable Realtor, Contractor, Investor, and Green Builder; I am also the proud father of Emma DellaPosta. I enjoy raising my daughter in this great community with excellent educational opportunities, great entertainment, and boundless parks, beaches, and natural resources. Being a father is the most important responsibility a man can have in life. I take great pride in being an outstanding father and this is why I choose to raise my daughter in an enriching and safe environment.
I enjoy fishing the James River, York River, Warwick River and Mattaponi River. My family has fished the local estuaries of the Chesapeake Bay and the Atlantic Ocean for over 50 years. If you have not experienced the rare and abundant wildlife of our area, you are in for a treat. There are beautiful beaches, picnic areas and recreational opportunities along our waterways.

I am also a sports enthusiast! I played in organized sports in Williamsburg, Newport News, York County, and all over Hampton Roads. We have highly competitive sports on the youth level, high-school level, and college level. We have produced many athletes out of the “757”. In Fact, Mike Tomlin, who is the Head Coach of my beloved Steelers, graduated from the same high-school and college that I attended.

I have a degree in Kinesiology from William and Mary. As a college student, I worked in the SWEM library through a work study program, and I also ran a roof-cleaning and power washing company. Though I held two jobs as a college student, I graduated from William and Mary in 3 ½ years. I was eager to become committed to an industry and learn as much as possible about it. I chose Real Estate, and haven’t looked back since!
